Can you provide customized intelligent packaging production line solutions according to our production needs?

Yes. We specialize in end-to-end customized solutions for intelligent packaging lines, covering filling machines, capping machines, labeling machines, case packers, sealers, strapping machines, palletizers and other full-range equipment. We can tailor the line configuration, function and production capacity according to your industry, material properties, packaging specifications, site size and automation needs, and support seamless docking with your MES/ERP production management system.

Do your equipment meet international certification standards such as CE and FDA?

Yes. All our standard equipment can provide CE certification that meets EU market requirements. For food, beverage and pharmaceutical grade equipment, we use food/medical grade stainless steel materials, and the design fully complies with FDA, cGMP, GAMP and other international industry norms. We can also provide targeted certification support according to the access requirements of your target market.

2.Order, Quotation & Delivery

What is the lead time for your equipment and complete production lines?

For standard single equipment, the lead time is 15-30 working days after receiving the advance payment. For customized complete production lines, the lead time is 30-90 working days, which will be specifically confirmed according to the line complexity, customization requirements and order quantity. We will strictly follow the delivery date agreed in the contract.

Do you accept trial orders or small batch orders for single equipment?

Yes. We accept both single equipment trial orders, small batch orders, and large-scale complete production line turnkey projects. Whether you need to supplement a single equipment for the existing production line, or build a full intelligent packaging line from scratch, we can provide you with matching professional services.

3.Installation, Commissioning & Training

Do you provide overseas installation and commissioning services for the equipment?

Yes. Relying on our global service network, we provide cross-border on-site installation, commissioning and trial production services for customers around the world. Our professional engineers will complete the whole process of equipment erection, commissioning, trial operation and acceptance on site, and ensure that the production line reaches the agreed capacity and performance standards.

Will you provide operation and maintenance training for our staff?

Yes. We provide systematic free training for your operators and maintenance personnel. The training content includes equipment operation, daily maintenance, parameter adjustment, common fault troubleshooting, etc. The training can be conducted on site during installation and commissioning, or online remotely. We will also provide complete operation manuals, maintenance manuals and video tutorials for your long-term learning.

What support will you provide if we complete the installation and commissioning by ourselves?

We will provide you with full-process guidance and support, including detailed installation drawings, 3D assembly videos, step-by-step instruction manuals, and 7×24 hour online remote video guidance. Our technical team will track the whole installation and commissioning process, answer your questions in real time, and help you complete the equipment commissioning and put it into production quickly.
